Seller Fee
A 10% seller fee is charged on the total transaction amount (item price + shipping). This fee is reduced for Power Sellers and deducted automatically from the seller’s payout.
Payout Methods (via Stripe)
Sellers can withdraw their available earnings through Stripe using the following methods:
Scheduled Payout – Once your bank account is connected, Stripe automatically transfers funds on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Payouts typically arrive in your bank account within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Manual Payout – You can manually transfer available funds to your bank account at any time. Funds typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
Instant Payout – For immediate access, Stripe allows you to transfer funds to a linked debit card. This option has a 2% fee per transaction. Funds usually appear in your bank account within minutes.
Fee Breakdown Example
If you sell a part for $200 and charge $25 for shipping (total sale = $225):
Seller Fee (10% of $225): $22.50
Payment Processing Fee (3% of $225): $6.75
Total Fees: $29.25
Net Payout to Seller: $195.75
(Power Sellers pay a reduced 8% seller fee, increasing their net payout.)
Seller Shipping Requirement and Cancellation Fee
Sellers are required to ship all items within 72 hours of a completed sale. If the buyer reports that the item has not shipped after 72 hours, In Search Of Powersports Parts reserves the right to impose a 10% cancellation fee, with a minimum fee of $10.
Policy on Off-Platform Transactions
All transactions initiated through In Search Of Powersports Parts must be completed on the platform. Buying or selling outside the site is prohibited. Violators may face additional account fees, deactivation, or removal.
