Provide Accurate For Sale Listing Descriptions - When creating listings, be sure to describe your item(s) accurately. Selling items that are damaged or not as described may result in buyers requesting refunds. Refund claims are investigated by our team and granted at sole discretion of In Search Of Powersports parts after assessing your seller listing and the buyer claim.
Ship Within 72 Hours - Sellers must ship their items within 72 hours. If you are unable to deliver within this window, please contact the buyer and provide them an updated timeline for delivery. If the item is not shipped within an additional 48 hours window, your order will automatically be canceled and refunded to the buyer. By failing to ship your order, your account will be charged with our Seller Cancellation Fee.
Keep Listings Up To Date - If you are no longer selling an item, be sure to remove it from the marketplace by toggling the Deactivate button or deleting the listing. If you sell an item you no longer have in your possession, your seller account will be responsible for our Seller Cancellation Fee.
All sellers are expected to adhere to the Seller Obligations when selling products on In Search Of Powersports Parts. Any offenses in following these guidelines may result in the suspension or removal of your In Search Of Powersports Parts account.
Buyer Obligations
In Search of Powersports Parts aims to provide a safe and secure environment for buyers to obtain the parts they need. To succeed in this, we have buyer obligations to follow.
Provide Offers in Good Faith - Only submit offers on parts you intend to purchase. If you are only interested in discussing price, send the Seller a Message first. Once an offer is accepted, it cannot be reversed. Communicate ahead of time.
Provide Accurate In Search Of Listing Descriptions - Refunds are not eligible due to inaccurate Listing details. Be specific with what you are looking to purchase from a seller. Provide all specifications, part numbers, and photos when possible.
Website Payments - All transactions must go through the In Search Of Powersports Parts website if item(s) is found through the use of our site. While arranging local pickup is permissible, all payments must be made through our secure platform to uphold the safety and security of our marketplace. Additionally, refunds would not be eligible on external transactions.

Respectful Conduct - Buyers must engage respectfully with sellers. Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive language will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension of the buyer’s account.
Provide Detailed Updates - If there are any issues or delays, buyers should communicate directly with the seller to resolve the matter. This helps maintain a smooth transaction process.
